What is Coaching?

The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as a process which maximizes the personal and professional (or academic) potential of the client through a partnership between coach and client characterized by a creative and thought provoking collaboration. The Coach deliberately sets out with the belief that the person who has come to them for coaching is whole, creative and resourceful.
